• Individuals

Becoming aware of the present moment and all it holds is a gift you can give to yourself. Learn to be kind and compassionate with yourself, others, and the world around you. Learn to be with, not simply outlast, the highs and lows of life in our ever changing world. Become aware of the fullness of your life. Change your habitual reactions by tuning into patterned behavior. The practice of Mindfulness teaches us how to pause, rest into what is and connect to our inner world with clarity.

Individual and group sessions are designed in 45-90 minute blocks.

  • Learning Environments

This introduction to Mindfulness includes mindful eating, speaking, listening and walking. Students will also explore Self-Compassion, Loving Kindness, Response vs. Reaction, Gratitude, and Equanimity.

The impact on grade levels and school campuses is empowering, lasting and profound.

Over the course of my 12 week curriculum, students and teachers develop fluency in mindfulness practices that foster balance, resilience, compassion and community building.

  • Families

Learning and practicing mindfulness as a family creates a common language for the safe and dynamic exchange of individual feelings and needs and their impact on the family microcosm.

Using the rituals of Council along with mindful speaking, listening, and walking, family members learn how to take a moment and BREATHE before making conscious and compassionate choices for themselves and the family unit.

Family work is tailored to help the needs of your tribe.

Wake at dawn with a winged heart
and give thanks for another day of loving.
